Yes, Tap on Phone works best when you are paying with one of the phone/gadget payment Apps. Samsung Pay, Apple Pay and all the other OEM Pay solutions are essentially digital versions of your contactless card. Paying with a phone/gadget is faster as both devices are powering the NFC communication.
Unfortunately not, at this time iOS is not supported. Apple does not permit third party developers to access the NFC components on iOS devices for payments.
If the Huawei device is running Android it is fully compatible. We are working on supporting Huawei devices that operate on HarmonyOS.
Our Tap on Phone products are all compliant with CPoC specifications, but they have not been certified by a lab yet. We are part of the Scheme Pilot Programs and have introduced PIN Entry in our solution, which is not part of CPoC. Once PCI release a standard for CPoC + PIN we will certify the products.
Yes, PIN is supported. PIN on Glass is included within our SDK and SoftPOS App. Our secure PIN Entry method has been rigorously tested by a PCI Recognised Lab and reviewed by Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
